You sound like me! I do not have the tremors (yet) but have had EBV since a bad case of mono as a teen. I also have SFN confirmed via skin punch biopsy. The Pfizer COVID vaccines caused pain at base of skull and dizziness both vaccine #1 and #2. After the 2nd shot, I started to get chest pain and difficulty breathing. I have cardiolipid autoantibodies for Antiphospholipid Syndrome, confirmed Hashimoto’s thyroiditis/hypothyroid, recently diagnosed via HIDA scan with biliary dyskinesia (gallbladder ejecting 7% bile when minimum should be 35-40%), etc. etc. I had a Holter monitor due to heart palpitations and have confirmed moderate sleep apnea. My symptoms have gotten worse since having the COVID vaccines in 2021 and virus in 2022 (I am 54 now). My mom had lupus/RA/Hashimoto’s and heart disease/diabetes, etc. Like you, I would like to have updated EMGs/nerve conduction testing and spinal tap to check for CIDP. I am extremely weak in my arms, hips and legs and fatigued. I also deal with cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis/degenerative disc disease pain. My biggest concerns are my heart/lungs and blood/oxygen flow and how to reduce inflammation/calm my immune system from attacking itself and my peripheral/sensory/autonomic nervous system. Good luck getting answers. I am now not able to work due to my declining physical and mental health and I have a 14 year old son I need to support as a single parent with no family/support system.

We do sound alike. Cervical Fusion from seizures. Oh neuropathy can cause seizures out of no where. Lumbar -laminectomy-problems- spinal bifida that was not caught until the last year. Hashmitos/ hypothyroidism. I ended up with that after the neuropathy years later so that can’t be the cause. I have never had diabetes but the metoprolol succinate elevates your glucose and my A1C started going up. The electrophsiologist had to take me off of it. I have a lot of swelling in my legs and wear compression hose. I took the upper hand with the cardiologist he said my holter monitor was normal but no one has over 2500 arrhythmias. I took my information to my son’s electrophysiologist. May have chest pain, dizziness (can’t tell if it’s the neuropathy or the heart).
I wish I would have never taken the Covid shot. They knew that was a side effect yet they pushed it. I believe we oughta be able to sue for that but no they had us sign a document that we could not go after the companies that manufactured the darn drug.
I hope you don’t get the tremors they stink. I have the peripheral neuropathy I just forget to add it in. I figure the other is enough.
The neurologist is checking to see if it has progressed to CIDP.
That’s the only reason they are running mine again.
On the scale 10 is the highest for neuropathy and mine is 9.5. I was told it would never have to be reran because of the fact it was severe and could only go up .5. Then they come up with another type.
I applied for social security disability and was denied. Now I have to appeal and go to court.
