For me, it just showed up one day (maybe due to anxiety) I do notice sometimes I have more twitching if I have anxiety or too much caffeine. Honestly, I may just think about it too much and in hopes it will stop!

I can't ignore it. It's a constant reminder of having PN and didn't start until PN started. No pain associated with it. Maddening!
