I have peripheral neuropathy in my legs and hands also. The last 2-3 months I have muscle fasciculations in my calves especially, but also sometimes arms, abdomen, hips and others. Some nights I lay in bed and twitch "all over" I have been on gabapentin 700-800-900 for months. My calf muscles are shrinking.

Could these twitches be caused by the gabapentin? I fear simply progression of pn. My neuro discounts ALS because this started and continues as idiopathic paiinfull small fiber and axonal neuroathy
