Cycle of mucus buildup in Bronchiectasis

I have BE and MAC. And I must be doing something wrong - I follow the same protocol as others: take my albuterol and then nebulize 7% saline through my areobika /aeroeclipse. Then I huff cough. I then inhale my Arykace . I still can’t get mucus up. I feel it’s loosened and once in a while I get a little bit up which is light yellow or clear. Any advice or explanation is welcomed. Thanks

Prior to huff coughing do you do short, medium, and deep breaths with holds? I follow this patient info sheet and I usually get results. I also change positions -- first upright seated, then laying on my back, then side to side. I listen for rumbles and wheezes. Your results might vary. For me it takes a maddening amount of tweaking and time to get things just right. Wishing you productivity!
