I would call the company. If Convatec, they have nurses who are very helpful. There are products to apply before sticking the appliance on that help it stick. Sorry if you are already doing this!

Thank you for replying.
The problem is my friend has fluid from the belly button that mages the bag fall off in an hour. Any other thoughts?
