I didn’t think I could commit, but then I research my prescription (Escitalopram) and realized it’s a Canadian name brand for Lexapro. I’ve been on this drug for over 10 years it has worked well for me. I googled Paxil, seems to have greater risk of side effect and should be discuss with your Doctor how to wean off it and go on another antidepressant .
