@hray1948 , I have peripheral and small fiber neuropathy plus vascular issues. I have a tendency to clot more so I take a low dose aspirin to thin my blood some and take alpha Lipoic acid and Acetyl l Carnitine supplements for nerve pain. I also use lidocaine pain patches/creams (Salonpas brand). Damaged nerves impact blood vessels/flow so you need to reduce inflammation and further damage to your nerves. Compression socks that go above your knee up to thigh could help with improving blood flow in your right leg/foot. Socks that go to knee may cut off blood flow and pinch nerves at your knee.
