That is certainly an awful condition! Sorry to hear of it. Your quality of life must be seriously impacted.

Some questions:

Are you on any medication?

Does the dizziness get worse when you stand up? Are there any positions that lessen or eliminate the dizziness?

Do you have normal blood pressure?

Of course I'm not a doctor, so I'd recommend that you get some professional opinions on how to fix this.

Maybe test the carotid arteries. Are you getting regular activity, walking, biking stretching or resistance?
Gabapentine makes me dizzy.
You may need real significant testing but start with the most basic killer of life; poor diet and lack of exersize.
