I will send you them. I use to see chiro for it but would just go right back out. When you do the 3 steps in order it locks them back in place. Haven't had to go back to chiro in 7 months. 🙂

Water exercise is sometimes as good or better than physical therapy. Walking forward and backward helps.<br><br><br>Marilyn<br>

Gosh,that sounds good.water exercises.
I live in a rural town.not much to do.
They are offering chair yoga.
What do yo think abot that?

Yes. I did that for several years and it really helped me. Any kind of yoga as long as you can use props to support yourself. Gail B
