Thankyou so much!I will pick up some carnitine as well.I was low on B12,B6 and D.I have been taking all three for over a year with no change.I have not had my vitamin E checked yet,but my neurologist told me that would be extremely unusual to have low vitamin E.I am trying to think If there is any other vitamins that I am missing.I just let my neurologist appointment and he is sending me to a team of neuromuscular doctors to see if they can figure it out.His EMG he performed was normal. So I have had one abnormal EMG and one normal. The one neurologist thinks I have some kind of metabolic muscular disease, but said I should not be in as bad shape as I am and does not understand.I do believe their is a metabolic issue because of my massive weight gain.Nothing is working properly in my body.I did test for Cushings Disease and tgat came back negative.I have low DEHA sulfate and that would indicate Addisons Disease, but you lose weight and have low blood pressure with that.I have weight gain and high blood pressure. The only other thing they have found is low testosterone and low carbondioxide in my blood. All mu tests come back fine.I might meet with a holistic chiropractor. He told me he was going to adjust my liver.I am just wondering if covid/iron Infusion reactivated my epstein barr and my liver is not functioning properly.I have thought of almost everything. It all started with the extremely heavy periods and I also had gas coming from the front with the heavy periods which is so weird. They have checked for Fistulas through a MRI and can't find anything. So I had that going on for years before the Infusion/covid.I checked for Myasthenia Gravis because I know that can come on from low iron and covid, but my test was negative.I also asked about ALS because I have muscle twitching all over including my lip,but both Neurologists said no.My Genetic test showed a possibility of some types of Muscular Dystrophy Including Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy, but neither Neurologist thought that it was that either.I don't think they are going to figure it out.I just can't believe I went from exercising all of the time, working leading a normal life to this.I am mad because I did everything right.Ate well, exercised, did not smoke, drink or do drugs.I had to quit my job and I have to use up all my 401 k and because the doctors can't figure out what I have I can't even get disability.I have worked in Healthcare my entire life and never imagine something like this would ever happen to me.

You said that your B12 is low. That should be addressed.
From National Library of Medicine:

"Nerve conduction studies on patients with confirmed vitamin B12-associated peripheral neuropathy have demonstrated severe impairment of sensory nerve conduction reflecting demyelinating disorder. Studies suggest that lack of vitamin B12 may lead to primary sensory demyelinating neuropathy"
