I agree with you…. I didn’t gain weight. This really works for pain and movement in my knees. Would just like to know what if any side effects are? How long should I take it? I really don’t understand how I can purchase something off amazon that works better than anything the doctors recommend. But yet the medical industry or the doctors can’t give us anything that works???

I think it's important to fill you in on one of the latest side effects of taking UMary. My wife took this for three months and I did also (I had no severe joint problems myself). After suspending our use of UMary, we both suffered side effects.
My wife developed low blood pressure with dizziness and weakness. She also had swelling in her legs and ankles and developed some subdural blood leakage in her legs.
In my case, just yesterday, my pulse rate went up to 174 from my normal reading of 62. Our MD prescribed Metoprolol/100mg and it took my BP down to 54 (a bit low). I believe that UMary may be the culprit in this scenario.
I cannot recommend taking UMary until we find out what it contains. Armed with this information, you can at least work with your medical specialist to mitigate the potential risks associated with this drug. If you have liver, kidney, or thyroid problems, taking UMary could cause great harm.
