Hello @steveron, My neuropathy is not too bad in my hands although I do have a little tremor once in awhile and have to stop messing with the mouse or keyboard for a second or two. I have an HP laptop, an 12" iPad and a desktop computer. I rarely use my laptop anymore unless I have to travel somewhere and also don't use the iPad much either. I think a lot of choosing which is the best may be taking your wife to a store and see how the keyboard feels to her and if will work as expected. I do think whatever device you choose that the keyboard is a large part of the decision. I did see a video that might help explain the issue with some folks if the neuropathy in the fingers is a problem. If she likes using a iPhone or iPad, you might find this article helpful:
