@muhammadali1951 Welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect, Ali. I know it can be disconcerting to get these visible signs we are getting older, isn't it?

I personally need to use soap and hand sanitizer a lot on my hands. That means what natural moisture that might be there, gets taken away. Add into that, just as @gloaming said, our skin thins as it ages, and we don't have many fat stores on our hands. I use a rich hand cream on my hands to help counteract the dryness and scaliness. It is a Vitamin E cream, and use a little at a time, but several applications, giving it time to absorb. I wear gloves a lot to protect my hands, especially when driving. And if I am doing outside work, I use leather gloves.

Please let us know how your hands respond to the ideas if increased hydration and topical protection!
