I’ve only been off the Anastrazole one week. Oncologist told me anywhere from 2-8 weeks for side effects that are going to go away should be gone. Any side effects after the 8 weeks he told me they might be permanent or could just need another 4 weeks. Usually after 12 weeks if they are hanging around and are bothersome , I need to check with my GP. He did say hair growth may take around the 4 week mark to see results.

Good question. I've been on anastrozole for two years with no effect on my hair. Hair loss can be caused by many things, including stress.
