Everyone is different. My first one took about two months. It varies now. Never know what will set it off. A cough, sneeze, twisting torso instead of pivoting whole body... it's a learning process. Hope you are healing well. Don't rush for anyone. There's only one you.

Since my first visit of chondritis, I keep an extra large heating pad nearby. That's my buddy now.

Thank you so much for responding. I have been feeling very discouraged because of the slowness of healing and the uncertainty of the duration. It’s been about three months now, but I’ll continue to hang in there and hope and pray for the best.
