What is desired level of Vitamin D for those with osteoporosis?

@ripley, Are you asking how much Vitamin D a person should take per day or what the actual recommended levels of vitamin D would be on a blood test? Or both? Thanks.

I know the normal range for Vit D is 30-100, but I'd like to know what number within that range is best for those with osteoporosis.
