I was contacted by phone after 3days. We went through my questionnaire and financial info. It turned out I had to change my insurance plan in order to be accepted. It was a hassle, but I was able to do it in a couple of weeks. After I did that and re-contacted their financial counseling folks and got ok'd, I was transferred to scheduling. I'm to be seen in their bronchiectasis/pulmonary clinic and was put on a list. I now have an appointment in July. I filled out the questionnaire in mid March. Hope all goes well for you.
