I have been on rifampin for about 2 months, I am rinsing with 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 1 part water daily. I also gargle with salt water. I am going to have my teeth cleaned every 4 months. I have not seen staining yet but will be monitoring to see if I need to get them cleaned every 3 months.
