No I do not breath in, just out. I try to soak mine twice a week in alcohol and wash in soap and water daily. I should boil them once a week perhaps instead of one of the alcohol soaks.

Thanks! I know on the Aerobika brochure it says to breathe in through it. I just wondered what other people do.
