I had aqaublation surgery 6 weeks ago. My prostrate size was 170 gram. It’s now around 30 gram. I travelled to Montreal where it’s done in a private clinic with no stay overnight. I had a catheter for 4 days. No complications. Im doing well except i still have occasionally pain when i finish urinating at the tip of the penis. All sexual functions work. My Dr told me it can take a while until my bladder adjusts to this new normal. Otherwise I'm thrilled with the procedure so far . Just waiting for the pain to go away. I has Rezum before this procedure which did not work.

Good to hear from someone with a huge prostate. I'm 81 and my prostate is 145 and I've had a catheter in since December 22, 2023. Don't ask me why, I could write a book. LOL For my age I'm in good condition. Golf every Wednesday and still riding my motorcycle.
