@b264 It's good that you decided to see a new physician. Since you are postmenopausal I've learned that spotting with blood isn't normal and should definitely be checked out. In my own case I was postmenopausal at age 67 and noticed spotting. I made an appointment with my gynecologist and he (yes, a male physician and very empathic) followed through with additional testing including ultrasound and then a D&C (dilation and curetage). The result for me was endometrial cancer (adenocarcinoma) caught at an early stage. My result doesn't mean that yours will be the same but when we, as women, have something show up that isn't normal we need to additional evaluations. Good for you for advocating for yourself. I am hopeful that your new physician will listen to your concerns and do a complete physical exam. Seven days from now for your appointment is very soon. I know all too well how difficult it is to wait. What do you like to do that can calm your pain and your nerves?

Thank you for replying. I play guitar and I like to do those diamond paintings. I'm just so tired all the time for no reason. You seem to be ok but how are you really doing? I've been in pain for one thing or another seems like most of my life. I can't take the sufferings of people and animals. That's what I'm scared of the most is dying in pain. What are you scared of if anything?. The way you respond you seem to be a very strong woman.
