@joemd A countertop loop system works well. The loop will transmit the signal to your telecoils but most important is how the microphone is used. It's best if only one person at a time speaks and the person speaking is given the microphone. Best possible solution would be to use the system similar to how a music band is set up. Everyone is given a microphone that is hooked to a sound board (equalizer). The equalizer would be connected to the countertop loop.
