I have another word for long covid and the vaccine, both have ruined my life, what's left of it. I am 79 and been suffering since I got the last vaccine booster in Sept 2021.

I am so sorry. I am 53 and was in the best shape of my life. My dogs are a blessing. I do what I can when I feel like it but always, without a doubt have fatigue or PEM the next day. One day at a time for me, well for all of us really. Hang in there.
