Not exactly switching. After a year on Evenity, you have to go on a bifosphonate.
The choices are Reclast or an oral such as Fosimax. I can’t take the oral meds due to GERD. GERD doesn’t sound like a big deal if you’ve never had it. It is. It can feel like a heart attack or just make you feel all over terrible.
