Brain tumors & pregnancy?

Hi!

I am 28 years old and two years ago had a mixed grade glial tumor removed from my parietal lobe. So far, there has been no sign of regrowth. We were able to take a wait and see approach so I was never treated with radiation or chemo. Since the surgery, I have been diagnosed with epilepsy, and am now treated for simple partial seizures.

I'm wondering if there is any one out there who has gone through the process of family planning after a brain tumor?

My husband and I have one beautiful child, but my heart absolutely aches for another, and I just don't even know where to start. I'm going to be talking with my oncologist as well as my OB/GYN, but I was just curious if anybody had experience. Can it accelerate regrowth? Is it dangerous if I had a seizure? Would I have to have a C-section? It's such a weird and frustrating thing to be in this position.
