@gently, my head is spinning re vitd. Prior non vitD exposure resulted better response to an anabolic? How does the mechanism work? Felt I have dyslexia here. I know the effect of teriparatide on blood calcium after injection. Could you explain in a different way, if you have time? Thanks a lot!

mablin, some of the letters are missing; we entertain ourselves guessing the word.

Since D increases absorption of calcium from the intestine, we could speculate that the effect of PTHT appears blunted (in the ten of my sample) because D had already influenced the effect that PTHT enhances. PTH levels are lower in those with D deficiency; maybe those individuals benefit more from treatment with PTH.
It is easy to reach an induction fallacy with associative studies, but these studies yield great leads for investigations of cause.
