Best Calcium Supplement?

@trixie5141 My endocrinologist did not have a preference for type of calcium. I take calcium citrate because it's easier for me to digest. My endocrinologist prefers that I get as much calcium as I can from food so I try to monitor that throughout the day. If I'm under the 1200mg recommendation then I take one calcium tablet with a meal. That's 350mg as my doctor said not to take more than 400mg at a time.

I also do my best to consume high calcium foods to meet my requirements but find I sometimes need to supplement that intake. Thanks for sharing that intake should be limited to 400mg at a time.
