Mayo Scottsdale is driving distance from your location north of Tucson proper. Once you have results from some of the tests suggested above, you could ask for an appointment there.

@misspeanut5722, prostate cancer is not related to lack of usage. See this from Mayo Clinic:

You and your wife deserve better care and information from a medical professional. Have you been diagnosed with prostate cancer? Has further diagnostic testing been ordered?
