Mayo for Ongoing Care

hello,

Can we use Ongoing care for cardiac issues or it is only for consultations/one time review ?

Any experience will be helpful

@palni Are you a Mayo patient?
I have been a Mayo patient since 2006 at Mayo Jacksonville.

Once you are seen by a cardiologist or heart failure doctor at Mayo you then see them on a regular basis and the appointments are determined by your specialist. I see my heart failure doctor every 6 months and EP every 6 months.

I see my PCP every 3 months. They all worked together to ensure all work as a team and anying one does or prescribes they coordinate with each other before doing it. If you PCP feels you need a specialist they you will see a specialist on an ongoing basis just like you see your PCP.
