Have mentioned it a few times in previous posts in the Bone Health and Osteoporosis thread where there has been a discussion. It's a variant of the high intensity Onero exercise program developed here in Brisbane Australia. It has to be supervised by a fully trained and accredited physiotherapist. It really is high I intensity. When I started 6 months ago, I was lifting 8K kettlebells. (We talk in kilos here.) Now 24. And 50K on the leg press. I do other stuff as well, but those are probably the most important in trying to ward off hip fracture. I always do those.
