Low NTx Telopeptide/Creatinine Ratio -24 hour urine

Does anyone have information on what low NTx Telopeptide/Creatinine ratio indicates when there is still significant bone density decline (-7.5% in 18 months)?

What is low turnover osteoporosis?

“NTX is usually measured in urine and expressed as a ratio to creatinine to adjust for urinary dilution. The assay for serum NTX shows smaller changes in response to antiresorptive therapy given for osteoporosis and so it has not been widely adopted”.
