Hate to say this however, I wipe downwards and use my TP wrapped thumb and when I locate the rectum I rub into it a little bit to remove and residue. Then I take a new wad of TP and start a wipe upwards from the rectum and use a TP wrapped index finger and press into the rectum a little bit as I wipe upwards. It helps removing and hidden soft stuff. I might have to do this a couple times. But, only used around 6 to.8 sheets of paper at a time.
