Thank you, went to Schuler Shoes on Sunday actually got fitted with “Brooks” we’ll see how these work otherwise I’ll go back and ask them about the HOKA
Yes, I was doing great up until I had to transfer stores a little over a month ago. That is why I reached out.
Don’t want to go running back to my surgeon quite yet may contact my physical therapist. First see what he has to say.
But yes, I know stairs aren’t the greatest but right now I have no choice.

I found that my Brooks shoes are only ones I can wear. The Sketchers seemed to make my toes go forward and put more pressure on my new knee. Checking with your PT is a great idea. My PT suggested to take the stairs one at a time. It takes a bit longer to tackle a flight but has helped with the swelling and pain. Be kind to yourself and try to rest when you are not at work.
