@johnbishop I haven't heard of peerwell but I am curious, if you are on Medicare why do you need approval from your PCP? I never needed that. I did check with my transplant team and they changed my immunosuppressant because one tends to retard healing, then I was switched back a month or two after the TKR.

@contentandwell, The surgeon's PA told me I need to have an OK to do the surgery from my PCP. I'm guessing he's relying on the PCP that I'm healthy enough to have the surgery done.
