I have started using alpha lipoic Acid. In Germany where we are stationed they have had a lot of success with it by IV. I take it by mouth. I am not diabetic. I started on the pills to make sure I am not allergic to them. I am currently on 400 mgs. I have a ways to go.
I have seen the difference. I can tell when I take them and when I forget. I take it at 2:30 pm and am no longer waking up at 2:30 am. I couldn’t find them so I asked Krogers pharmacist to order them.
