I've pulsating tinnitus caused by neck ..ENT consultant explained due to Cervical Spondylostis have lost curvature along with discs with encroachment of nerves from C3 through C7 from Osteophyes ...more so on left side which so happens to be my worse ear ..I've also Lumbar Stenosis dics gone from L5 through to L1 with left side more impacted ..so maybe your tinnitus is caused by neck ..

@angelicscripts thank you . I’ve wondered about the discs I know c5 is bulged and maybe more and my left side is the worst and that’s the side I have moderate hearing loss and the tinnitus is also worse.
