IM 85 WITH Parkinsons in addition to advanced spinel stenosis and have knee replacement in May, I hope. So my walllking is limited as well as standing for more a few minutes. But exercise is a must for PD, so bought some dumbbell weights and ordered and put together a recumbent bike to keep my knee muscles tuned up for surgery. Wish I could gain some weight as PD has caused me to loose a lot.

Best of luck with your surgery! It sounds like you are doing so many of the rights things to help with the PD!!
