My mistake. Spiriva is not laba but lama. There are no steroids in it and it only opens the airways. It does not reduce the inflammation, am I right?

My understanding is that Spiriva dries up secretions (reducing coughing) and unfortunately blocks the smaller airways which then causes more difficulty breathing.
