Your procedure should have been done under anesthesia!
I had one done while awake & had a similar experience that you had. After that, I insisted on being sedated
or no go!
By the way, that procedure & the others I had did nothing for the pain. I have just had an MRI with a new dr. and am hoping she will have something new to torture me with.

He did use local anesthesia. I didn't realize that was an option to be put under. My biggest fear is that he caused permanent long term damage. It's just not normal to feel like you have a jolt of lightning go down your butt and leg and feel like it's coming out your foot during a procedure of any kind but especially when they're working with the spine.
