Hi, yes I have had sudden neuropothy pain in both of my inner thighs. I tried to get up out of bed, however pain was so severe I passed out. My husband called 911 and I was transported to the hospital. Diaganosis was vagal vagas sycope (fainting) due to severe pain.My Dr. said pain was caused by neuropothy. This now happens every 3-4 months and only at night. I have no answer on how to stop or relieve this awful stabbing pain. My pain lasts for about 5-10 min. Rubing helps along with dermo freeze. I hope you find relief with this awful pain. Best wishes to you.

Mine lasts until ibuprofen and Tylenol kick in. No diagnosis yet. Have you tried a neurologist?
