@kndaustin71 I just went thru a failed lumbar surgery and found out I have spinal stenosis and I also have bulging disc in my neck. My neck is really tight. Any chance you had Tinnitus before the cervical surgery I’m wondering if you did did it improve? Are you satisfied having the cervical surgery or wish you would have dealt with the pain ?

@sbtheplumber1 I have tinnitus that seems to be related to antibiotic use and is increased by allergies. I had an ACDF at C5/C6 and it had no effect on the tinnitus. I also do have thoracic outlet syndrome, neck tightness, and jaw tightness, so that may be involved too.

I am glad I had the cervical fusion and it did relieve all the pain I had before surgery, and it restored the coordination in my arms. Prior to surgery, I had pain all over my body from spinal cord compression.

I've pulsating tinnitus caused by neck ..ENT consultant explained due to Cervical Spondylostis have lost curvature along with discs with encroachment of nerves from C3 through C7 from Osteophyes ...more so on left side which so happens to be my worse ear ..I've also Lumbar Stenosis dics gone from L5 through to L1 with left side more impacted ..so maybe your tinnitus is caused by neck ..
