I just resumed running on the treadmill. Modest speed and duration, of course. I realize it’s not probably the best for joints, but I enjoy it so much. So far, I’m feeling great and no foot or knee pain! This is huge! Now to address strength training and building my Core.

IM 85 WITH Parkinsons in addition to advanced spinel stenosis and have knee replacement in May, I hope. So my walllking is limited as well as standing for more a few minutes. But exercise is a must for PD, so bought some dumbbell weights and ordered and put together a recumbent bike to keep my knee muscles tuned up for surgery. Wish I could gain some weight as PD has caused me to loose a lot.
