If you haven’t had a neurologist test you with EMGs, nerve conduction studies, MRIs, MRNs (to map and check nerve damage/function) plus the small fiber biopsy since your surgery, it would be good to do this to determine the source of your neurological symptoms to determine treatment options (not just medications). If your CNS/PNS is being compressed/pinched, you want to prevent further, permanent damage. I need to be tested for MS, CIDP, MSA and neurogenic orthostatic hypotension to see what is causing my constellation of symptoms. I am really struggling with extreme exhaustion/fatigue, limb weakness, balance/dizziness, visual challenges (hard to focus eyes/read), numbness and pain in my arms/hands/legs/feet. I seem to have flares of worsening symptoms and not sure the trigger (autoimmune, virus, etc.). I do believe viruses that lay dormant in your nerve ganglia (EBV, HSV, COVID, etc.) can cause many health issues and symptoms over time.

Are you also possibly a victim of floroquinoline poisoning known as Floxing? Cipro or maybe Levoquin even taken years ago? Your symptoms art point on.
