Has anyone tried Native Path Bone Health product?
I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis and don't want to take the fosamax or envenity recommended. Considering Native Path Bone Health collogen. Does anyone use this?

I am using it as a part of a “natural” approach which also includes very brisk walking, exercises, and supplements (calcium, vitamin D). I will try this approach for a year and then have another bone scan to see if there is improvement….or not.
Thanks for sharing this information. I hope to do something similar to your "natural" approach.
I am using it but not long enough to know if it helps. I’m going on a 2 weeks trip, so I guess I just won’t use it for those two weeks.
Why can't you take it with you. Plastic bags or something like that
Take magnesium with K2 too. The K2 takes the calcium and gets it into the bone.
I, too, am using it as part of a "natural" approach, including eating Natto, exercises, supplements, probiotics, Marodyne vibration plate ...
For a few years, I've been taking Multi-Collagen Protein powder by Horbaach that has types 1, II, III, V and X. I also take New Chapter Bone Strength calcium supplements that have K1, and K2. I started these products six years ago when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and my DEXA scans have remained stable over that time. I'm due for my next DEXA later this month.
After 3 months on Fosamax, I decided to stop taking it. Every day, I now take natto (K2 as fermented soy beans) for calcium absorbtion, 6 prunes a day, extra calcium in the form of chia seeds and ground almonds and have just started marine collagen. I would rather be my own guinea pig than a drug company's guinea pig.
How about this probiotic Lactobacillus reuteri, that has recently been discussed?
I am currently using Native Path Bone Health and the Collagen Care+, just started 2 was ago, so too soon to know if it helps...
