@kathrynevans22

I have ovarian cancer. Was in remission from December 22 through August 23 when the cancer returned. It has now metastasized to my liver. Since my post I went to an ortho doctor and was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder, had a cortisone shot and am now waiting to begin PT. My should feels somewhat better but I had no idea how much a cortisone shot would hurt!!

@kathrynevans22, I've experienced frozen shoulder (unrelated to cancer). It took a good year or more to get my full range of motion back. The key was to see a PT and be super diligent about daily exercises tailored to me. The movements weren't difficult, just boring. But sticking to it daily really made the difference.

Sorry the cortisone shot hurt.

Kathryn, what, if any, treatment are you on since the metastasis?
