Good question. We are all different. I do not produce much of anything at the late afternoon/early evening neb session either but I continue to do it because occasionally I get a surprise and get a bit more than usual and also, I think the continued twice daily ACT along with exercise etc is what has brought me to this point of staying well and having less sputum production.
