Nothing has helped and I forgot to mention in my response that besides doing a hearing assessment, the ENT Dr referred me to a therapist to teach me how cope with the Tinnitus! I am surprised by the connection between the Tinnitus and Vertigo. The 1st night my Vertigo started I called my Daughter and told her I would probably have to go to an ER. I was laying down and suddenly the wall in front on me started spinning horizontally and it was completely visible. When I sat up the same wall started spinning vertically in a visible form. This major episode never happened again, but I did some detailed research. It was at that point that I learned there is two different forms of Vertigo. One you can physically feel and one you can physically see.

So, meclizine (Antivert) and/or Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) were of no help to you? I'm in the process of getting hearing aids for the first time, but not sure if they will be helpful. I have approx a 35% hearing loss in each ear, equally. Did you find any helpful hints for your tinnitus? Some hearing aid mfrs claim their premium aids will help reduce tinnitus. BTW, thank you for your comments, very helpful for me to read and re-read.
