I am not a doctor, but you can ask about Tymlos. It is an injection that can have the dose adjusted so you can gradually increase it until you get the full dose. You can read about other patient experiences on this website. Also, there is a website by the National Osteoporosis Foundation called Team Inspire. You can look at comments there as well.
