@nolivap99 - In my part of the world, there are medical clinics that are holistically focused. I have gone to one for years (more than 10) and periodically have them insert small time-release bio-identical testosterone pellets that help maintain my T level. I return when I start feeling either sluggish or waning libido. I usually have a new pellet every 9-12 months. Low T is a "thing" and I believe it can be managed and not ignored.

Thnx
I'll see if my GP can subscribe that...it might even be covered by my insurance

A few days ago, I went to a highly credentialed urologist. I asked if my super low free Testosterone level could be the reason I have no libido and therefore no erections. He was not helpful. He told me to see another urologist who performs penile implant surgery, as he thought that is my only option. I felt fully slighted, as the appt was finished in less than 5 minutes. Doctor attitudes towards patients on (low paying) Medicare is terrible, adding to my total frustration. I quickly asked about a suppository that is inserted in the end of the penis to produce an erection, and he dismissed its effectiveness. That's not true, is it? Do the testosterone pellets raise total blood serum testosterone level as well as increasing the free T level in the blood?
