Had the first treatment done last february and have had further treatment. Dr said if need be i could have a booster but don't feel like i need it. Nancy Lopez, the professional golfer, had it done before me and now she is back playing golf. I have a number of friends who have had the treatment or who are beginning the treatment. The procedure is drilling the stem cells out of the hip, drawing blood from the arms, waiting 3 hours while they are mixed, and then injected in the knee. I watched the whole procedure. The next day i had one more shot in the knee and then home to relax. Did not need pain pills. laying around for 3 weeks , and then the pain was gone.
I still have problems with my knee replacement knee, and that is the one that aches after playing golf.
I read the research of other patients on the company website. They also keep in touch with me and have sent me webinars on stem cell research.
